White chocolate is a product made from cocoa butter. It contains dairy products, sugar and lecithin. It does not contain cocoa powder.
100% natural cocoa butter is cold extracted from cocoa beans which grow wildly in nature and without fertilizer. 90% of Malagasy cocoa production comes from the Sambirano Valley, a region located in the northwest of the island where there is a hot and humid tropical climate.
Known since antiquity, cinnamon is an aromatic plant substance that comes from the inner bark of the cinnamon tree. Its original shape resembles small tubes, but it is often eaten ground. Highly appreciated for its fragrant flavor, it is also rich in antioxidants beneficial to health:
